Our accommodation daily rates include ALL farm activities except for horse riding and clay pidgeon shooting which are available at extra charges.
Horses -  if guests want to ride horses, then by arrangement at extra charges, the riding  is conducted off site by a qualified Equestrian instructor. Often the instruction takes place by our neighbour next door.
Meals - Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon teas are included at no extra charge.
Cooked breakfast and all other meals are available on request at reasonable extra charge. Many ethnic meals can be prepared
Privacy - We share facilities with our guests, however the guest wings have their own bathrooms and toilets.
Courtesy MultiMedia - We have large screen 50" TV, Satellite TV, DVD & CD Amplifiers, Xbox 360 & Playstation PS2 for the kids if its wet, & FREE use of the guest computer with internet. Also have Fibre high speed FREE Wi-Fi connection for laptop/Phone use. Good cellphone coverage here. [ Internet TV to BBC and Al Jazeera news]
Parking -  Free parking is available
Laundry - The laundry facilities are available FREE for guest use or we could do the wash/dry for you at an extra charge
Airport / Rail Ferries / Rail Station - We can often pickup from these terminals on request. A modest charge will apply. We are 50 minutes from the Airport [ on a not busy time it takes only 35minutes ], 25 minutes from the Rail Ferry and 5 minutes from our local Rail Station, Manor Park
